My device can t accept this mobile app.. pls help how to cancel subscription and refund my payment

There are ways around this issue.
If you wanted to, you can create a new Apple ID with a different email address. Set the location as Canada and then you could download the PM app with this new apple ID. Then you can logout and log back in with your original apple ID.

You’ll need to setup an account on the Canadian App Store and then you’ll be able to download the Public Mobile app to your iPhone
My iPhone 15 Pro Max is mostly configured for the App Store in the USA but I also need a few Canada-only apps from the Canadian store (long story as to how that came to be but it works for me)

I have iPhone 14 promax..but there is a problem downloading it ,it said I tunes can't support it ..also PB said is not allowed in my region since I am here in Canada

When did you activate and created an account with PM?

Which model phone are you using? Most phones can download PM app to complete activation.
If not, then you will need to private message CS_Agent.
