I am so sick of trying to cancel my subscription.  This company has ZERO customer service! I had problems in MAY and was unable to contact any type of customer service. Payments continue to come off my credit card and I have another phone now. ....with a totally different company and number since I couldn't port this one. My credit card on file expires this month and I'm not updating it. Don't send anything to a collection agency because I DO NOT USE YOUR SERVICE NOR DO I EVER WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH PUBLIC MOBILE AGAIN. You basically stole 4 months of payments from me since there has been NO WAY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE! CANCEL this subscription immediately! That means TODAY.....SEPTEMBER 23, 2025.

You can easily create a ticket from bottom right which will alert the customer service agents. If not, you can directly send them private message as mentioned above. Only they can remove your card and cancel your subscription. Typically, users transfer or port their number to another provider. In this case, account closes automatically. If you didn't transfer your number, and autopay is on, the system will keep charging you. So contact CS Agent asap to get close your account.

please please please...use this link to message Customer Support to remove your payment card info and request a refund of past payments.
