I am unable to access my subscription to cancel it.. how the heck can I get this subscription cancelled!!!!

@Nothappy2025 If you can't log in to get the chatbot to open a ticket then send customer service a private message using this link ( you must be logged in to the community for the link to work, same as you have to to make a post here)

Either way make sure to check the envelope icon top right of this page, or tap your avatar, to access the reply from customer service. They usually reply within an hour or two but if they're very busy it can take longer. Their work hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. eastern time.

Type in Submit a Ticket on Chatbot to contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account to unsubscribe AutoPay and your account closed after 90 days of nonpayment.
Remember you can’t port your number to another carrier if your account is suspended.
Not recommended, you can dispute the monthly bill. As a result, you will be blacklisted by PM and will be required monthly bill with vouchers.
