Hello,
I don't have the sim available but I still would like to cancel my payments. How do I do that?

you don't actually need your sim , you have couple ways
you can still login My Account to go to Payment, Manage Subscription and disable Subsribed. For the 2FA , just choose "Didn't receive code?" and choose email to get the code
you can also call 1.-855-4PUBLIC and use your account pin to disable Autopay
last, you can submit ticket with CS agent and ask them to remove the credit card or just help to disable autopay

@tamar2 You can ask support to remove the credit card on file right away

If you log into your account and click on subscription, click the toggle to the left to turn off the sub and it will be cancelled. Also, if you were to port your number to another provider, that would also cancel the subscription.
