I wish to cancel my subscription. I cannot cancel under my account. It keeps saying I need to activate my account. I have already been charged. I do not want to activate the account. I want to cancel the subscription altogether.

In general, Public mobile does not offer refunds since it is a prepaid service. However, if you have not activated yet, customer agent may be able to help. YMMV

It looks like your email address is not linked to EverSafe ID.
Contact a CS_Agent to link them.

Once you are in your account. Under the Subscription tab, on Subscribed button slide it to Unsubscribe and this will stop AutoPay and your account will be closed after 90 days of nonpayment.
The other option is to port your number over to another carrier and your account will close automatically.
