I want to cancel services public mobile is charging me from 2 months but i don’t have that mobile number so how can i cancel the services. Auto pay is set up and company is charging me 16.95$ each month.

@Krishna31  So if you can log in to your old account , you can turn auto pay off yourself 

Turn auto subscribe off/on

Even if you know the day you were charged you figure out what day was the next charge to be (30) days later so day / two before pause your credit card and the plan will go into suspended state for 90 days before the account closes which is the same thing that support will do for you by removing credit card for you .

There are various ways to cancel the account.

1. Once you sign into the account online, slide the Subscribed button in green to off. Should turn  red.  This will prevent further charges to your credit card. After 90 days of non payment, no available funds, the account will be closed.

2. Port your number back out to another provider. You would need to sign onto the account to get your account number to provide to new carrier.

If you cannot sign into your account for some reason, you would need to message Public Mobile at the link below to cancel it for you.

Also ask them to remove your cc from their file.

Hello @Krishna31 

You need to log into your account and turn off autopay. If you can no longer log in, reach a CS Agent.
