How do I cancel service - I have returned to the U.S. and do not need the Canada service

To close the account go to subscription and add-on’s, manage subscription, and then turn off auto pay. This can also be done with 611 if you know your account pin.

Once a payment isn’t made the account will automatically close in 90 Days.

Another option is if you want to keep your number while you're in the US, you can port your Canadian number to the Fongo app. It costs $25 I think and then you can use the Fongo app via data or WiFi while in the US. This way you can at least keep your Canadian number so you don't miss any calls for a while. Best part, the Fongo app is free and won't cost you a penny! Unless you want to pay for texting but naaaa. Porting out will automatically close your account.

To "cancel" the plan,  you can disable the toggle "Subscribed" to disable Pre-Authorized payment instead.  Once it is disabled, PM will not be able to renew your account on your next renewal , your account will then be suspended on that day and 90 more days, it will be closed

To disable Pre-Authorized payments (Turn off Subscribed) , you can do it by one of the following:

  • You can also do the same using the App.  Login the App, go to Subscription page, click Manage Subscription and click Unsucbscribe

To cancel the service sign into your account and turn the Subscribed tab to off.

After 90 days of non payment the account will be closed, phone number lost.
