Greetings,
I need to cancel my plan and I looked at some messages and see things like:
* Cancel Autopay
* Remove your credit card information
I can't find a way to do either of these 2 things
What I can do is to "Unsubscribe" Payments > Manage Subscription > Toggle 'Subscribed' to 'Unsubscribed'
Is this the correct way to cancel the plan?
If my plan expires on July 22nd and I cancel now, will the plan still be active until the expiry date of July 22nd or be deactivated immediately?
On a side-note, I am moving overseas and there is no roaming, thus the canceling of the plan, would have preferred to wait until last day I am in Canada (July 20th) but even to log into my account, I get sent an OTP to my phone, not sure whose idea was to tie the phone number to the 2FA instead of using Google Authenticator or the less secure email address, because if there is a problem with the phone/plan you can't even log in.

public mobile is a prepaid, so if you stop your autopay now, you will have an active line till July 22nd, you account will be close after 90 days without payment
if you port to another company, you account will be closed immediately.
Cancel autopay will not charge you for the following months
to remove your credit card
send a private message to CSA through the following link asking them to remove you credit card

@G_Cristian Yes you "unsubscribe" and then the plan remains active but goes into suspension at the next renewal date, and 90 days after that the account is closed. To remove your credit card altogether you would need to contact customer service, either via the chat icon bottom right of this page or send a private message if the chatbot doesn't work, here

As for the 2FA, I believe you can put alternatives in the Eversafe profile to cover yourself in case of loss of phone/email.
