I want to cancel the order of a SIM card and of a data plan that was made today

SIM cards are free right now and you will be charged only when you activate the SIM card (number) when you subscribe to a plan on the PM app.
Also, PM is a prepaid service with no refunds but so far you didn’t pay anything.

@ronan123 to cancel your account you can port the number out to another provider, but this account have to be active still.
Or sign into your account through the App or online and cancel the Subscription by turning off autopay. It should say you are subscribed. Move the switch to the opposite side. It will now say you have unsubscribed. The account will automatically close after 90 days of non payment. You may also submit a ticket through the chat at the lower right of the app or screen to request your credit card info be removed from file.

You can open a ticket through the chat bot in the lower right of the screen and let them know
