One plus 5g devices are not all compatible with actual 5g networks in Canada. You can check phones bandwidth and line it up with carrier band with. From my experience you will still have faster data speeds even if it doesn't show 5g 

Like other posters it can take up to 72 hours but for sure you will see on next billing date. And you can keep track of referral credits on the app. 

Did you try contact PM thru private message or chat? 

Have you tried powering the device off and then on again? The port request is only active for a short period of time. I think you can request a port again from inside settings on your pm account.
