Where do I cancel my subscription

In your self service account, you will need to "unsubscribe" to your subscription. That turns off your pre authorized payments. On the next payment date, your subscription will be suspended. Once suspended over 90 days, then your account will be permanently closed and number lost.

you can login to My Account and stop autopay. My Accoun t-> Payment-> Manage Subscription and then toggle off Subscribed there
or you can keep PM account active and port out the line to another provider. After ported, the account will be closed
