Hello,
I need to cancel my eSIM / public mobile package. Trouble is, I have already deleted the eSIM off my phone. And when I try to login to my public mobile account it wants to verify me via my phone but I no longer have access to it. How do I go about cancelling my account when I can’t do this two factor authentication? I really need this cancelled.

@Britters73 Are you just closing the account and are done with your PM phone number? If not and you are trying to port your number to another provider you need your PM account to remain active. Once the number port is completed the PM account will automatically close. But unfortunately you need to be able to receive an SMS confirming you want to port out so either way you're going to need customer support. Just don't cancel PM before you've moved your number if you want to keep it.

yes, if you have not "verified" your email after setup, the resend code option won't work. you need PM to help. please message them

@Britters73 Do you not see option that says “didn’t get code “ tap it and you should have option to send code to email instead and log in that way . If still no luck you can direct message support
