I have auto pay in my account and I don't want it anymore. How can I cancel it?

You can also call 611 and disable it that way if you know your pin#

@OrlandoG Just go to My Account, Payment page , click Automatic Payment and the select Remove AutoPay

Please note that PM is prepaid service, you need to pay before you can use the service for the next 30 days. So, if you have removed Autopay, make sure you load money before the amount due date or you service will be suspended for non payment after the amount due date.
Also, if you are on the old reward program, disabling Autopay will remove the $2 Autopay saving (if you are on new reward program, you don't get the $2 Autopay discount with or without Autopay)

@OrlandoG hi go into your self serve account and remove your credit card to remove autopay
