Hi I need help!
I am trying to cancel my plan and remove auto-pay but it asks for a pin number which I don't have. Is there anything else I can do to validate myself so I can make this cancellation?

@will13am from what I recall pin number is needed when changing via 611, not srlfserve

I have not done any auto pay changes in a long while. Is the PIN code thing a new addition to the self serve? I don't recall any self serve function requiring a PIN code authorization. You'd think the login should sufficient.

Log into self-serve and remove that way

Try calling *611. Option to remove auto-pay.
