Canada US plan

I have a Canada US plan with data and public keep telling me I have to buy an add on. Is it as simple as  turning on roaming?

hi @Kcorb-89 the message will come regardless you have the addon or Canada US plan.  Since you got the text, you must have connected to either TMOBILE or AT&T already, so, .make sure Data Roaming is on and test ir

Yes enable Roamng and you will manually connect to T-Mobile or AT&T network for the service to work.
