Canada US Mexico Plan

Good evening!

Does the $40 Canada US Mexico plan mean that you can use it from US and Mexico or just call to US and Mexico?

Is data working? Texting?  Which model phone are you using?  

Might be worth manually selecting another Mexician carrier (instead of Telcel) to see whether that works.

I set up my plan and have data roaming on and connect to Telcel in Mexico. However, I cannot make a call. Have tried adding +1 , 001, straight number, etc. I get a message that tells me some phones are not in service or equipped to receive calls.

To use data, ensure that you’ve enabled Roaming in cellphone settings.

it is a true roaming plan.  You can access data/text/voice in US and Mexico just like you are in Canada.  And for calls, you can call Can/US/Mex from all 3 countries for free
