From what I gather, you ordered a Public Mobile SIM card from Public Mobile.
And 248248 is your order number?

@Sarahmulder79 yes, we are trying to understand your situation in your other post about the lost order.
honest, I think if you need the service , you should get a SIM card first, get a used phone or a phone from friends/relatives. It will take sometime to settle your lost phone situation.
