There is no way to transfer unused airtime or data to other accounts. If you have an account balance, it is possible to ask the Moderator Team to transfer it to another account.

Plan data resets each cycle regardless if it is used or not.
Add-on seperate purchased data carries over forever (until it is used up) but is not transferable.
