Can't work. The phone is always in SOS status

已经三天了,我的手机坏了,联系不上客服,一直处于SOS状态,esim和手机卡都坏了。

是esim的問題還是手機的問題?
您是否檢查過「我的帳戶」並確認您的帳戶狀態是否處於活動狀態?

You will need to contact a CS_Agent regarding your eSIM and SIM that is not working.

You contact an agent by clicking on Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent.
