Can't use phone for calling or texting

Something happened to my account. This morning and afternoon it worked fine but now I can only receive mms messages

Did you plan change fix the issue?  I wasn't able to change my plan!

It looks like a new common issue for us. No calls, text and data works fine because of plan change, my second day no call service.

I guess i'm in the same boat. Texting and data are working fine, but any calls I try to make, tell me that I do not have a long distance addon, and when people try to call me, it doesn't work either. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

@deljo_agtor it's worth a shot... unless your phone isn't a priority then you can wait it out, but due to influx of people with issues not sure how long your problem will be resolved.

If you don't want to wait, maybe try changing your plan now to the current plan you want to get service in the meantime?

Sounds like a scheduled plan change that didn't go through.   I'll tag @Saray_O to see if she can take a look at your account and get you up and running again.

I did a plan change during the promo asking that the rate takes affect on my plan expiry (24- Nov-16)

Hi @deljo_agtor,

 

Can you provide some more information on what you suspect may have happened?  Have you tried checking what it says under "My Account"?  If you've made no changes, have you also tried restarting your phone just in case some settings on it got corrupted somehow?
