Can’t use data in US

I am USA now. My plan is US/Canada 50g. I can call but can’t use data. Phone shows connecting to AT&T service

@CC11111111111 you can, but it's only AT&T or T-Mobile.  Whichever one shows on your phone pick that.

Turn off 5G and set it to 4G instead. And ensure you have Data Roaming enabled on your device.

@Joannachi - AT&T only supports LTE with Public Mobile roaming. T-Mobile supports 2G EDGE GSM in certain areas / LTE / 5G.

If possible, put your phone to 4G/LTE and connect to T-Mobile or AT&T.   Turn on data roaming. Do not leave it on automatic or 5G. Connect manually.
