Can’t upgrade subscription

I’m trying to update my daughter’s subscription but it won’t go through and you keep ripping me off by charging my credit card for additional data.  Her phone number is 204-xxx-xxxx and I want to go from 20gb to 60 gb at 5g.  Stop ripping me off and change her subscription and refund my money!  Her subscription just renewed on aug 17.  Call me at 204-xxx-xxxx.  Thank you.

Public mobile is a self service, DIY model of customer service.  No live call centre or live chat feature.  

Are you able to login into your daughter's account?  Either via website or PM app?  You should be able to change yourself.  The website is finicky at times. Sometimes need to clear cache, incognito mode or a different web browser. 

P.S. I will edit out your phone numbers on this public forum.

We are just customers here and you have posted your number to the internet.  Update your post and remove it

and how the data not go through? did it give you an error?  Wait 24 hours and try again using browser with Incognito mode
