Hi, I can’t text or receive text since activation yesterday. Calls work, restarted phone and took out SIM card and put back in. Still no luck. iPhone

sounds like many new customers are experiencing similar issue as you are. Click the little orance bubble, lower right side of page to start process of Customer Assisiatnce.

@Frustrated18 - Did you port your existing number here? Check if the old SIM still works from your old provider.

Please reply if you need the port number.
