Can’t switch phones

@CS_Agent in trying to switch my sim from an older iPhone to an iPhone 12 and it looks like the phone will ring but when I pick up, it says the iPhone 12 is not compatible. I also tried all the troubleshooting steps in the support flow and nothing worked. Please help.

@Aakong , try doing a network reset on the new phone.

you should just be able to remove sim from old phone and install it in the new phone. Restart phone and you shouild be good to go.
