I have set up an account but can’t get further. Have tried several times to subscribe.

Once I downloaded the app I was able to move forward.

hi @randytonn did you use PM app to subscribe?
if not, you need to download PM app and use it to complete the activation
if you used the app and got to step 6, ask PM support agent to help
submit by direct message (PM support center closed now so they will reply tomorrow):

Are you subscribing with a physical SIM card or eSIM ?
Did you download the PM app, to finish off the activation?
