@Jess_1973  Try using new web browser and use incognito / private mode or try different device can also get the app instead also if you haven’t already , but if none of the suggestions offered here work bet support to help you log in

It says suspicious activity.  I tried to update my credit card info now the number is not working and I can’t sign in

Why? If not getting text try under where you enter the code and click on did not get code and have it sent to your email.
