Pissed still

Cannot sign into my accn’t and with only 3 tries I am frozen

Back out of pm close all your windows ,and do you see the 3 dots that @softech @mentioned 

@Maverick4   you are using a web browser to post your question here

 

so, on the same web browser, click on the 3 dots, then select Incognito Tab (it might be called Private  or InPrivate Tab), a new tab or window will be opened.  Use that to launch My Account and see if it works

So how do I get the web browser on the phone whe I’m on pm

@Maverick4   As My Account has some browser cache issue, using Incognito mode to login to My Account is a useful workaround. 

 

Click on the 3 dots on the top right of your browser , select Incognito mode, or Private or InPrivate mode, to open a new browser window, then try to access My Account from there

What the hell does clear your browser and try in cognitive mode

@Maverick4 , try and clear your web browser cache/cookies and try again in incognito mode / private mode
