Hi
Im having trouble sending texts.
Im a new customer since yesterday so possibly an activation issue?
Ive gone through the trouble shooting self help and all message settings are correct I believe.
Please help

First, login to your new PM account and confirm your plan shows texting is included.
Then on your phone turn off Messages; after a few minutes turn it back on.
Then go to Settings >> Messages >> iMessages ON, Send as SMS ON, MMS ON then >>> Send & Receive should show your phone number and Apple account email address.
If it still malfunctions click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7:30PM (ET).

(please excuse me for any lack of technical understanding - I’m not very tech savvy!!)

First questions: what type of phone are you using and what texting app are you using?
Any chance the texting app wants to use WiFi?
