I have switched phones recently and am unable to send and receive pictures in the form of texts. Messenger works fine. The problem is with texts. I have checked apn settings and no luck. I have also tried removing my sim and reinstalling it.

@Dano2100 In the APN you could try making SP.MB.COM all caps, which seems to fix this for OnePlus phones but I don't know about Umidigi. May be worth a try though. If still not working you can open a ticket with customer service via the chat icon bottom right of this page. If the chatbot doesn't work for you then send support a private message using this link

Hi. I have a UMIDIGI G9C
I have re- added the apn as above and restarted phone. Still no luck.
I do have the mobile data switched on.

what phone do you have?
but first, make sure you have mobile data turned on, Picture text (MMS) needs mobile data enabled
and you can also try Reset Network settings
if you have iPhone, make sure you update Carrier Profile
if you have Android, check the APN, should be like this
