Recently switched to Public Mobile and calls are working fine but haven’t been able to send or receive SMS from my number for a week and half.
Ive followed all of the troubleshooting advice and nothing is working (reset network settings, etc).
I tried opening a ticket but haven’t heard back - very frustrating! Please help!

Android or iPhone?
If Android, best uninstall the Google Message app ( it will actually reverse back to the original version that came with it instead of full uninstall), then reboot and reinstall/update Google Message to the latest version and test. If you are not currently using Google Message, simple install it and set it as default message app
If you are using iPhone, or using Android but above steps didnt work, ask PM to re-provision the account.
