Hi, I can't seem to access the self service portal, the page just hangs. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

After giving it about an hour it seems to be good now. Traffic was probably too high for that time. Thank you for your response!

The pages seems to be taking a little longer then usual to load for me (and its always slow), give it a few minutes, if it still doesn't load refresh / try another browser / private browsing mode / different computer / tablet / device.
