Can't redeem my points

Why can't I redeem my points? It says No Activities Available. Can anyone help me with that? Thanks

Just want to update the result. To redeem the points, we should hit Browse Catalogue and find the points redeem option. I wasn't doing correctly. Thanks again for your help.

Thank you. I rebooted my cell. It did not work. I have two phones with PM. I will try the other one tonight and let you know.

try rebooting your cell. If that doesn't help, do a network reset...that should do the trick for you. Let us know if anything helps.

Thank you for your response. I see No Activity Available on both App and Web account.

use the mobile app to log in to your account > Rewards > you should see Browse Catalogue ...or scroll down to find Recent Activity.    Is that what you see on yours ?

@JoyPhone @That’s strange never seen or heard of that before , maybe ask support to confirm the issue  and fix for you
