Can’t recive phone call

My friend joined PM yesterday, she can call my phone (PM) and recive my call, but she couldn’t call out the other provider’s phone call like Fido, help please 🙏

Can the other phone call providers call her?  We have had the same issue at times, it can also be poor reception.  Check you have signal bars on the phone.  Sometimes also certain numbers says i cant call them ( like my Dr's office) but when i google the number and press call from the internet link it work.

I am using pm and she could get my phone call and she could call me too, but her husband using Fido, she he couldn’t call him and recive his phone call

@Lehaha   just to confirm, she can receive calls?

Ask her to restart the phone once more time.

And when make a call, put a 1 in front of the 10 digits number
