I just set up an account with PM and I am using my old bell phone number. I can send text and make phone calls but cannot receive calls. After I unlocked my phone and set up my account I received a text from PM telling me to acativate my sim witch I had already done I am so confused I really hope this works out for me I looked forward in saving money with a cell.

Yes indeed the moderator team can assist and quickly resolve your issue. I’ve had similar issues and the moderator team has been great.

@Lieux, I know you're attempting to help, but we don't know yet the extent of the issue, nor the time frame that @Jeremy135 has been waiting. Suggesting the assistance from the Moderator Team at this point is a little early - but we'll see soon.

@Jeremy135, welcome to PM. I don't know if it's a stuck port for you yet, it may just be delayed at the moment.
How long ago did you activate? Full ports can complete very quickly, but 2 hours isn't out of line. Is this a Bell mobile account, or is it a landline? Landlines do take significantly longer.
Bell may be delaying the release until they contact you to make sure you *really* want to leave.

Don’t worry it will work... it looks like a failed port.. write a message to the moderator.... https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage and write moderator_team in Send To and explain your problem...
and wait for a reply few hours up to 2days... they will help you!!!!![]()
