Hi, yesterday I activated a new sim and ported my wife’s number under new account. She is not able to receive any call. All calls are going to voicemail. It’s been 12 hours now.

Sometimes you need to change the phone settings to 3G only. Then make a call. Then after it's working you can switch it to LTE.
This seems to happen on some Android phones on Telus' network.

@farma, check also if the old service is still working. This would be useful information when interacting with the moderator team. Generally, it is best to continue to use the old service in a porting situation. When the old service ends, it is the best indication of a successful port.

If it's a cell number you need moderator assistance now. If a landline wait another week. Do not cancel your old plan; that happens automatically.
