Hello, my Public Mobile account is active and fully paid, but when people try to call me, my number does not ring. The callers hear three peeps and it disconnects. Any help would be appreciated.

Which model phone are you using? Is it VoLTE compatible with PM network?
Public mobile has been changing the 3G network (switching 3G 850 MHz band to LTE).

If your phone is not VoLTE compatible with the PM network and the 850 MHz 3G band is not available in your area, your talk services will be affected. Here is some information about VoLTE compatible phones with PM:

this is not a new activation , right?
what kind of phone is that?
try Reboot your phone and Reset network settings
or ask PM support agent to check and refresh the account on the system. Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
