IDK. I think phone system is similar to the Internet. There must be a routing table somewhere to connect to the number.

Verizon system may not have the latest update for your number?

But you can receive a Canadian call correct? If so, my guess it's on the other end. Tell them to check into their plan? They are dialing +1, I assume.

I can call them fine, I just can't receive their calls. I activated about a week ago.
