This definitely sounds like a failed port.
I'll actually need to resubmit it and get it completed, but I'll need some information. Please provide me with the wind phone # and account # by private message. A confirmation will be sent to you once it's done 🙂

@Mary_M can check to see if the Port from wind completed. Send a private message with your account information her.
