Can't recieve text to new nbr. Sim not working but I need to buy a new one. I know you added 5 dollars to my account. I can't get into it due to the sms nbr. Can you help me?

see if you can receive the code via email. When the system sends the 2FA, click Didn't receive code or Resend code and choose email. if you can login , you can buy eSIM using the app
if you cannot, ask PM agent to help.
