I ran out of data and added sufficient funds to buy the add on. But it won’t let me purchase the 1Gb add on.
I noticed this line of words appear after I tried to buy the add on: ValidateAndUpdateOptions/Provisioning_14
Does anyone or the moderator know what’s happening and how I can purchase the add on?

Except I have to contact the moderators because 611 doesn't give the 400 long distance minutes option. Only the 200 minutes. Kind of ridiculous.

I usually run out of data once it gets closer to the renewal date. I just buy add ons of data and it’s definitely not cheap. So good to know that I can actually renew the contract early!

@NDesai, yes i know the 611 is confirmed but some people might not be comfortable with that so that is why I provided both options

@ShawnC13 @mimmo FYI, customers can dial 611 and purchase the add-on. It is confirmed working so no need to involve moderator specially when they are busy dealing with other priority issues. I know Shawn already mentioned to dial 611, but some users might just send a PM anyways.

@Btts how mch time is left on your plan? sometimes it is better/ cheaper to have mods renew your plan early vs buying an addon.
as for your error not sure there seem to have been a couple bugs in the backend latley mods will prob need to help

@Btts, this has been a known issue over the last week or so. You can either dial *611 and make the purchase from your phone or contact a MOD and have them look into it.
