Hello,
I have purchased ad ons many, many times for US visits. For some reason right now I cannot. I have more than enough available funds. The system allows me to select the ad on, hit purchase, then a receipt is generated saying purchase complete but then my account shows the same balance and no ad ons have been added. I have tried several times. Turned phone off/on several times.
What next? I'm leaving in a few hours.

Those ad ons are not showing. I've seen them on previous trips. My wife added hers a couple hours ago and everything is showing up fine.

I still wonder if you bought one and then thinking it wasn't there you bought another when in fact it was there and you just weren't seeing it due to this crappy caching this place does. Because on trying to buy the same add-on again it just adds the amount to your balance.

I have not tried incognito but have checked payment history. It only shows me applying the credits but no charges for the purchases despite the receipts that are being generated.

@Mrhobbes1 did you try using Incognito mode to login and chexk usage?? Also, go to Payment History page and see if it shows you all the transactions you made

No US ad ons are showing and my account balance remains unchanged

Good point. I'd hate to have $150 worth of US data.

@Mrhobbes1 , for all the times you have repeatedly tried this time how many receipts did you receive? I ask due to you may have successfully purchased (been charged) several of the same add-on but it has not shown in your account yet! Please try @dust2dust suggestion before trying again to be sure you didn’t successfully pay for several of them!
Edit: The website has caching issues & may not always display accurately so use your browser in private / incognito mode to sign into your account!

When you click the little spinner refresh icon under the Shop Add-ons button and scroll back up, do you see any roaming add-ons?
