Can't make outgoing calls

Everytime I try calling someone I get a message saying "6UM1"  but I can receive incoming calls.  Also my voice-mail service is not working.

Can you try your sim in another phone?

Voicemail uses call forwarding. Call forwarding is at the provider end so a different phone might not make a difference. But see if you can call out anyway.

I have been with public mobile for a few years and stsring having this problem last week.  Also when I try someone else's phone there is no trouble calling my number and when I try to call back I just get the message "6UM1"

Right, outgoing, not incoming issues.

😖

Did you reply "YES" to the port authorization request within 90 minutes from your prior provider, with THEIR SIM card in your device?

The customer is have difficulties with outgoing phone calls. This would be unrelated to number porting.

Ok,  so I reset my phone and no fix.  But I added 1 infront of the number and it works.  But I never had to do this before as they are local numbers.  As for my voice-mail,  when some calls me it only rings and doesn't go to voice-mail.

try to reboot your phone once.

Add a 1 in front of the 10 digits number and see if it works

As to voicemail, what is not working? give us more details
