Bear in mind that the username you have tagged IS NOT affiliated with any Public Mobile staff.
Only username CS_Agent and users with the small PM moniker after their usernames are PM staff.
Now, to be certain, are you moving HERE, or moving THERE?

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right.
however, do you need to confirm why Virigin cancelled your request? I think you should sort it out before you call the porting team
