Hi!
I just switch devices, and I can´t make or receive calls. After trying to make a call, it says "Network busy" and hangs up. If somebody tries to call me, the call doesn't connect. I already put the mobile in airplane mode, checked the APN and everything is good.
Can anybody let me know how can I resolve this? @J_PM
Thank you!

Same issue, over the past several months (at least). Restarting the phone fixes it, but only for a few days/ a week. I don't get any voicemail if someone tries to leave them.

I have the same issue. I have done all the troubleshooting and checks. Everything is as it should be but nothing has helped. Can't even send a ticket because all the links I'm provided by the bot return a 404 error. Not leaving me with much choice here.

Hi!
Thank you for your help.
I tried with the steps you provided me, but it´s still not working. If I try to select 3G only it doesn´t detect any network other than Rogers. In my previous device, it detected Public Mobile. If I choose 4G, I can use data, and messages, and even I get the notification from voicemail, but I can´t call the voicemail.
My device is OUKITEL C33, according to the website, it can be used on 3G/4G/LTE. But I can´t find the option for VOLTE.
THank you.

@Joceof86 I hope you rebooted the phone at the least. Are you able to text or use data? How is the signal strength? If it's a very old phone, make sure its not locked to any carrier.

your phone clearly connected to PM? does data work?
Try this
iPhone: Likely no extra work need to do as Telus will enable by default but hide the option. Still you can check
Settings->Cellular->Cellular Data Options->Voice & Data, enable 4G or LTE there
Pixel: Likely no extra work need to do as Telus will enable by default but hide the option. Still you can check
Settings->Network and Internet->Internet, click on the settings icon besides SIM 1, turn on 4G calling there
Samsung/ Other Android: Settings->Connection->Mobile Data, enable VoLTE there
Now, turn off Wifi first. Check if the phone status bar showing it is connected to 4G or LTE
Then make some calls, see if the signal indicator shows LTE or drop back to H or 3G while you are on the calls. If it stays with LTE, then yes, you are using VoLTE, and you can see if calls are any better.
