Hi everyone,over the past 3-4 month (or longer), randomly once a few days, my phone is not able to receive or make calls. I get the error "network busy" when trying to place calls. It makes me wait for around a minute or so then the error shows.When ...

Please make them equivalentmy phone has an older version of Android, thus I cannot install the Public Mobile app. I had to ask my friend to borrow their phone already 2 times ( to activate and to set up PIN).  thanks
