Help! Phone has been working fine for the last 3 months and now I can't make or receive calls. I reviewed the activity on my phone and there has been calls to a number that i did not make.

Strangely enough i went to try again after i posted and it was working! it was probably a period of 30-45 mins where it wasnt working. i think i will messagw the mods to see what they say. thanks!

You might want to check that the SIM number in your Selfserve is the same than the SIM in your phone... Maybe someone hacked your account?
Other thing to check (that wouln't explain the other number however) is that your payment went through and that your account is currently activated and not suspended... It may be that your plan didn't renew after 90 days (you said 3 months) for various reasons (credit card expired or declined, glithc in the system, etc.)
If SIM number is good and your account is active, then you should
contact a moderator to check this for you.
