The maps isn't well populated. But it does seem to affect multiples provinces. So far no updates have been provided by Public Mobile nor Telus.
Seems that way. I'm in Edmonton and my phone is doing the same, someone also reported issues in Calgary.

If you are in Alberta, yes, there seems to be 3G network problem in Alberta and affecting voice
