Are there any outages in Toronto today? I can no longer make a call. When I try (iPhone) it just says Calling… and then disconnects. Worked fine yesterday. Reboot didn’t change anything.

and your mobile data is working? only voice calls have problem? what iPhone do you have? newer than iPhone 8?
try Reboot phone and Reset network settings
