Can't logon to Public Mobile app

I can't logon to the app to finish setting up my phone account which I already paid. It returns a login error. Try later, every time. What's up with that?

ask PM to help.  

  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

Try to reboot your phone and try again to login.

Or delete app and try to re-install app and try again.
