I can't get logged on (I need to change my credit card info). I keep going around in circles with Bot and help. This is a

I am using Firefox in win 10. I have tried with every browser that I have, plus the android app. Always ID and password mismatch. I may have complicated this by getting signed up for the new "safe sign in", which seems to work, but I can't find any way to use my account.

that is private mode on Safari if you are on iOS, that browser mode allow no cache issue

or you have tried to use app to login?

@DougB1 are you trying to login on the browser or app?

try both. If you are using browser, please try to use Incognito mode.  

but if you still cannot login, please open ticket with PM support for help:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:
